The RhetAI Coalition

Our research coalition brings together academics and industry to investigate the persuasive power of AI. Led by founding members Stony Brook University, The Center for Humane Technology, and the University of Tübingen’s Center for Rhetorical Science Communication Research on Artificial Intelligence, the coalition grew to include Auburn University in 2024. Missouri University of Science and Technology joined in spring 2025, and in July 2025, Arizona State University became our sixth member.
