Our invitation-only Pre-Summit Workshop brings together academic and industry leaders in the field of rhetoric and AI to tackle the mounting force of so-called “AlphaPersuade” — AI’s almost unlimited ability to persuade humans to act in certain ways. An intensive two-days will conclude in the creation of a meaningful framework for the AI industry with results presented at our summit.
The purpose of the pre-summit workshop is to gather experts in rhetoric and adjacent fields to tackle the pressing issue of persuasion in AI. The intensive two days will present the experts with intractable problems in AI around the persuasive ability of the technology. The results from the pre-summit will serve as the foundation for discussion with industry in the summit.. The participants are a who’s who in the field of rhetoric and adjacent fields, and we invite other academic, industry and government leaders to join. Those who attend the pre-summit are not required to attend the summit, but we encourage their participation if available.
